Description

The Toledo chair, with iconic cabriole legs and hour-glass bent-metal frame, is one of the hallmark designs of the early industrial era. Produced in Toledo, Ohio, factory seating became the bread and butter of the Uhl Art Steel Company from the turn of the 20th century through the 1950's. This rendition of the famous Toledo cafe chair features a white paint patina, which has been aged and worn to perfection.

Condition notes: Scratches in the paint, rust spots -- all commensurate with age and only adding to the character and authenticity of the pieces.
