Dental Diagnostic Stereoscope by Ritter c1931 Item # G0351
This diagnostic stereoscope functions much the way a traditional stereoscope functioned – two near-identical slides are shown side-by-side to create a 3-dimensional image when viewed, allowing doctors and dentists to better identify issues and anomalies. Ritter's Inter-Oral Stereoscope received its patent in 1931 and remained a fixture in medical offices through the 1950's. Our edition dates from the early 1930's and features all the original components, including the original switch and wiring.
- Historical Style: Industrial
- Condition notes: All original with plenty of wear and patina on the baked-on black enamel finish.
