Description
When it comes to storage, there's nothing more convenient than open shelving. And even more convenient than that: open shelving you can put up yourself, using our steel stirrups and standard 2" x 10" boards. Once you've mounted the stirrups to wall studs, all you have to do is slide a board through them – no drilling or screwing necessary.

Tips:
-If the brackets are spaced 42" apart, with a 48" shelf (leaving an overhang of 3" on each side), the shelf can support up to 75 pounds, assuming you're using a H 2" x D 10" fir plank shelf. If you use another material for the shelf, subtract the weight of it from 75 pounds to determine the load your shelf can bear.
