Description
A simple, turnkey wall bracket with down-to-earth styling, the Marion is useful in narrow spaces that require shorter projections—stairwells, landings, and hallways, for example.
Not based on any specific historical style and broadly available for many years (Sears, Roebuck and Co. offered similar designs until after 1920), fixtures like the Marion were found in a wide variety of homes before and after 1900.
We call them Period Basics for a reason: the fixtures in this collection are so straightforward that they are suit homes of any style. While some designs date to the late 1800s, these simple fixtures will give your home a timeless beauty.
Notes
- Turnkey socket
- Halfball canopy
- 12 hand-applied finishes
- Solid brass parts
- Compatible with 2-1/4” fitter shades
Tips:
While we gave the Marion a functional turnkey socket as an accent, you can still control the light with a wall switch.
A turnkey socket can be sensitive to moisture, so we recommend using this sconce in well-ventilated bathrooms.
