4-Light Globe-Bulb Chandelier w/Cast Polychrome Ring, c1925 Item # R0070
How does $12. 75 sound for this fixture? In 1925, when Sears offered it among their line of "Aluminum Fitments" that's what it would have set you back (that's around $150 today). Such cast decorative chandeliers with exposed globe bulbs, finished in gilt polychrome, were the standard of the day. That same 1925 Sears catalog says that the manufacturer was the originator of this type of lighting. "Fitments" was the trade name Edward N. Riddle of Toledo, Ohio used for their lighting, so Riddle may well have been the maker of this line.
