Pair of Revival-Style Double Sconces, c1930

Description

Charmingly straddling the historical ground between Old English and Colonial Revival, this set of two cast double-candle sconces has a rustic and romantic character that would suit a wide range of revival-style interiors. A primitive hammered texture covers the surface, which is finished in an antiqued silver tone often called Swedish Iron or Old Pewter in its day. Also features antiqued candle covers and a handy rotary switch on the base of the backplate. Note that two pair are available.
