Tom Greene designed a series striking torch-cut brass and copper lighting fixtures for The Feldman Company (and others) that have today become closely associated with a raw and aggressive style of the late 1960s and early 1970s known as Brutalist. Feldman was a lighting manufacturer and importer in Los Angeles, and these designs have passed through a period of under-appreciation to now rise again like dripping golden phoenixes to woo aficionados of the Mod and Contemporary era.
