Description

Simple opal shades in Sheffield patterns were hot to trot during the first half of the 20th century.

Used in many styles of fixtures and homes, they were made in seemingly endless variations of shade height, depth, and width. The one constant? The defining shell-like ribs of the Sheffield style.

Working spaces like kitchens, pantries, and bathrooms used this shade on Sheffield lighting like the Powell, and Vaughn, on Colonial Revival lighting like the Bradley, and on Classic styles like the Scholls Ferry and Brightwood.
