The Thomas is a popular Classical Revival shower fixture with acanthus leaf details and reeded tubing—an alluring dining and living room light. The Thomas is, literally, charming. We've seen store customers gaze longingly as they pass underneath it, headed toward an altogether different chandelier. After a few sideways glances from afar, they can't help coming back.

Acanthus plants with their spiky leaves and scrolling growth were a common element in Greek and Roman design. This motif was again used in Neoclassical and Colonial Revival lighting styles during in the first half of the 20th century, adding visual interest to otherwise straightforward designs.
