Description
The ring on the lantern top of the Westmoreland is reminiscent of a portable "carriage-style" lantern that was hand-carried from vehicle to doorway to wall bracket, where it would hang until transport called again.
This lantern pendant is a fine fit for a proper English/Tudor or funky little cottage, indoors or on the porch.
When early lighting designers went old-world, they went all the way. Hammered details and hand-bent designs are meant to evoke a simpler, pre-industrial time. These are substantial, dignified fixtures, and bring new meaning to the phrase "a man's home is his castle."
