Company Overview

Rejuvenation is built on a passionate love affair with history, architecture, and bringing back the best lighting and house parts ever made. We obsess over the details of period authenticity and great design like no one else.

Rejuvenation began in 1977 as an architectural salvage shop in a roughhewn Portland, Oregon neighborhood. Founder Jim Kelly began the business with $1,000 and an eye for discarded architectural treasures. When the salvage trade was slow, Kelly rebuilt vintage light fixtures he found amidst the castoffs. Demand for the fixtures grew until eventually Kelly began manufacturing period-authentic lighting in his Portland factory for customers throughout the United States.

Today, our timeless and classic fixtures find their way into homes old and new. Rejuvenation is America's largest manufacturer and leading direct marketer of authentic reproduction lighting and house parts. Rejuvenation’s products are made-to-order and sold through the company's catalogue, website, and retail stores in Portland, Ore, Seattle, Wash., and Culver City, Ca.

Our Footprint

Being environmentally responsible is in our DNA. Founder Jim Kelly began with the model that the most sustainable building is one that’s already built. Then we built on that idea by manufacturing our own lighting right here in Portland, Oregon.

Made In the USA

All our lighting is assembled and finished right here in Portland, Oregon. Beyond that commitment to working with local craftspeople, we try to use as many American-made parts as we can. It’s not always easy to find any American parts, so we’re excited to announce we’ve recently been able to add some American vendors to our list. Most of our shades are American-made by small family-owned glass manufacturers.
