                        <title> Inventory Planning Analyst</title>
                        <description> **SUMMARY OF JOB:** 

Planning and Inventory Management designs, creates, and implements inventory optimization capabilities that enable Rejuvenation to manage business throughout the product lifecycle. Projects are designed to create sustainable competitive advantages that generate significant financial return and enhance the consumer experience. The Inventory Planning Analyst is primarily responsible for providing research, analysis, and support for identifying, evaluating, and capturing strategic opportunities. This position will manage small projects or parts of larger initiatives across all categories, including identification of key issues, work planning, analysis, development of conclusions, and presentation of findings.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

*	Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain / inventory management initiatives that support overall company and brand objectives.
*	Support the company's global planning team to optimize and manage the supply of raw materials and finished goods
*	Own and manage analytic approach, forecasting, and measurement methodology for inventory management initiatives
*	Provide research, analysis, and support for identifying, evaluating, and resolving strategic opportunities while continuously looking for ways to improve customer service, inventory investment, and supply chain efficiency

The Director of Information Technology/Systems (IT/IS) is a full time position reporting to the Director of Finance and Support Services and provides leadership in identifying, evaluating, and implementing technology and information systems to support Rejuvenation's eCommerce, multi-channel retail and manufacturing operations. The Director of IT/IS manages the IT/IS Department which has responsibility for day to day computer operations, eCommerce, POS and ERP systems support, network issues, security, database/programming requests, voice systems, new technology implementation, internet/web backend support, and PC hardware and software issues. This role will partner closely with Williams-Sonoma, Inc. IT to leverage Williams-Sonoma, Inc. resources and general coordination with Corporate IT.

* Creates and executes an IT/IS strategy to support the company's business strategy and initiatives. 
* Responsible for hosting, maintenance and ongoing development of eCommerce web platform (Ruby on Rails). Includes maintenance of back-end integrations.
