It's no secret around here that Khamta is often referred to as "Mom." In her nearly 10 years on the factory floor, this Laotian grandmother has proven that maternal instincts are as important as technical training for keeping this place running smoothly.

Multi-tasking long before it was fashionable, Khamta packs screws, paints doorknobs, runs the shredder, and keeps the lunchroom tidy, all while reminding us (in no uncertain terms) not to slosh our coffee, leave dishes in the sink, or spit in the trash cans. With any luck, she'll make grown-ups out of us yet.
