At Rejuvenation, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, finish, and materials is our priority.
- We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of order placement.
- Please inspect your purchase immediately and notify us of any damaged, incomplete, or inaccurate shipments. Please call us at 888-401-1900.
- We offer a full refund or exchange for most in-stock (non-customized) items returned to us within 30 days.
- In-stock (non-customized) furniture and upholstery can be returned to us within 30 days for a full refund.
Return of stock merchandise must be in original packaging and original condition and include a receipt to be eligible for a full refund. Stock items without a receipt may be exchanged or returned for a merchandise credit. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Rejuvenation cannot accept returns or offer a refund on exchange on any of the following items:
- Lighting fixtures configured in any way, such as length or finish
- Antiques & Vintage items, including restored lighting
- Items shipped directly from the vendor
- Plumbing, sinks or bath tubs
- Special order (customized) furniture and mattresses
- Customized medicine cabinets
- Custom-length drapery and café rods
- Clearance items with prices ending in .97
