How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
After you've placed your order online, you'll receive an immediate email confirmation. When your order ships, we'll email you again with tracking numbers. (See Shipping and Handling for prices.)
Lighting and Hardware: Most lighting is built-to-order, and ships in two to three weeks. A few popular fixtures are stocked, and ship in one to two business days. Hardware ships in one to two business days. Email or call Customer Service at 888-401-1900 if you need to know what's currently in stock. If stock or part shortages affect lead times after you've placed your order, we will notify you.
Priority Orders for Lighting and Hardware: For $35 or 25% of your order value, whichever is greater, we will build and ship your Custom Fixtures in 4 to 5 business days. Priority Order service does not include upgraded shipping, and is not currently available online. Please email or call Customer Service at 888-401-1900 for rates and details. (Priority Orders are not available for tubs.)
Claw Foot Tubs: You can expect a phone call from the freight company to schedule delivery approximately five to seven business days after ordering your tub. See Bath Tub Shipping for more information.
Please allow an additional two to ten business days for shipping, depending on your distance from our factory in Oregon.
