Returns and Exchanges
We understand the unpredictable nature of the restoration, remodeling, and building process. With few exceptions, as listed below, we offer a full refund of your purchase on items returned to us within 30 days of the shipping date.
Returns must be in original condition and packaging, and include receipt. Note that most products, once they have been installed, are no longer in "original condition." Please pack items carefully.
Your return must also be shipped prepaid in order for us to accept it. If the error is ours, we will pay all shipping costs. Otherwise, we do not refund shipping and handling charges, nor do we accept returns after 30 days from the original shipping date.
Due to their size and weight, new Bath Tubs are handled slightly differently. Again, if the error is ours, we will cover return shipping. But please do not ship a tub back to us yourselves. We will arrange for truck shipment, for a flat fee of $175.
Exceptions:
- Clearance items are not returnable.
- Antique Lighting and Hardware as displayed on our website requires a 10% restocking fee.
- Architectural Salvage purchased in our retail stores is not returnable.
- Special Order Lighting is not returnable and can only be ordered through Customer Service or in our stores. See "How is 'custom' lighting different from 'special order' lighting?" for more information.
