U.S. Customers: We ship Ground via common carrier. Product of large scale or quantity may be shipped by truck - for more information about truck deliveries, please contact customer service. Shipping charges will be automatically added to your order at checkout. WA customers are charged sales tax (products + shipping and handling charges).

Our prices for shipping within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii:

Orders under $30.00 ............add $7.00

Orders under $65.00 ............add $11.00

Orders under $125.00 ..........add $14.00

Orders under $200.00..........add $22.00

Orders over $200.00 .............add 10% to your order subtotal

Canada Customers: With the exception of tubs, we ship our products to Canada. Place your order online or call Customer Service at 888-401-1900. Read more about our export guidelines.

Lighting and Hardware: Most lighting is built-to-order, and ships in two to three weeks. A few popular fixtures are stocked, and ship in one to two business days. Hardware ships in one to two business days. Email or call Customer Service at 888-401-1900 if you need to know what's currently in stock. If stock or part shortages affect lead times after you've placed your order, we will notify you.

Priority Orders for Lighting and Hardware: For $35 or 25% of your order value, whichever is greater, we will cut the production time on your Custom Fixtures in half (approximately four to five business days). Priority Order service does not include upgraded shipping, and is not currently available online. Please email or call Customer Service at 888-401-1900 for rates and details. (Priority Orders are not available for tubs.)

Claw Foot Tubs have special shipping policies. Please read Bath Tub Shipping before ordering. We offer free shipping for tubs if you live within 50 miles of our stores and delivery does not require a ferry. This will be calculated at check-out after you've provided your shipping address.
