FAQ
What quality of light do GU24 compact fluorescent bulbs provide?
GU24 compact fluorescent light bulbs are available in different "color temperatures" which are graded in degrees of Kelvin. The higher the Kelvin number, the "cooler" or bluer the tone. (Look for the Kelvin number on the bulb's base.)
Our GU24 bulbs are 2700K (Kelvin), the equivalent of a "warm white/soft white" incandescent bulb.
However, bulb color names and temperatures are not currently standardized for CFLs. As a result, inconsistencies exist between manufacturers.
