Probably today's most standard vent size, 4" x 10" heat registers often replace odd-sized grilles in renovated or remodeled old houses when new furnaces and ducts are installed.

Problem is, many grilles, vent covers, and registers in this size lack a period look.

Grille fits flush onto 4" x 10" and slightly larger openings.
