Our solid-brass 10in. Casement Adjuster comes with two pins -- one sets the window's opening, the other anchors the its closure. When the casement window closes, both pins slide through holes in the rod to secure it.
Use Casement adjusters, or "window stays," to hold casement windows in a fixed position against the forces of wind and gravity.
The closer you mount the swivel end of a Casement Adjuster to the window's hinges, the wider the window opens. Hold up the hardware to the bottom of the sash and try different positions prior to installation.
