We were delighted to find an original of this large Mission style light in a Chicago antique store.

Adapting English Arts & Crafts ideals to their own, U.S. manufacturers became masters of "tinker toy" construction (using a small number of parts in endless configurations). This hefty light is a good illustration of the genre.
