As a new focus on bathroom and kitchen lighting grew popular during the early 1900s, Mission-style lights like the Kearney and Flanders were found to harmonize exceptionally well with the boxy appliances and kitchen and medicine cabinetry of these rooms. Newly worthy of decoration, Mission-style lights (almost always in Polished Nickel finish) like the Deschutes and Pacific City were paired with the Kearney to add flair to these formerly utilitarian rooms.
