An occasional misconception about fixtures with wire visible in loop-to-loop connections or weaving through chain link is that it's somehow dangerous. Rest assured that the "exposed" wire you see is safely insulated and that these fixtures can be installed anywhere UL law allows. The Siletz, for instance, would be quite happy over a bathroom medicine cabinet.

Like many of our other Mission-style lights, the Cottage Grove eventually became a popular bathroom fixture, once folks began to appreciate the value of decorating bathrooms at all.

Today, we like to think of the Cottage Grove as a beautiful alternative to ubiquitous and ungainly "bath bar" lighting. Placed over a medicine cabinet], it generates all the light you need to prepare yourself, and your face, to face the day.
