Burnished Antique Brass

Description:

A brown, slightly highlighted, and hand-produced finish, with discreet brushing in a vertical direction.

Protective Coating:

Baked lacquer with a glossy finish. Wax will further protect finish.

Wear Expectations:

Will hide the slow accumulation of nicks, spots and scratches fairly well. Best for light- to medium-use applications.

Maintenance:

Simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use brass polish or harsh cleaners and detergents on lacquered surfaces.

Comments:

Similar to what others call "Antique Brass," ours is slightly darker with a hand-worked depth of color - an appropriate period finish for homes of any vintage.
