You use Casement Adjusters or "window stays" to hold casement windows in an fixed position against the forces of wind and gravity.

Our exclusive Casement Adjusters and Casement Window Fasteners are made from non-corrosive solid brass, and come in up to 7 finishes to match our hardware and lighting.

Tip: The closer you mount a Casement Adjuster's swivel end to the window's hinges, the wider the window opens. Hold up the hardware to the bottom of the sash and try different positions prior to installation.
