Portland's urban neighborhoods are tightly knit together, with old house lots measured in square footage, not acreage.

Despite living in such close quarters, folks enjoy inviting the outdoors inside. Even on gray days, the average neighborhood home often has it curtains pulled back, and its windows bared.

On the other side of these windows are brass Post Holdbacks, Tassle Hooks, and the assorted "window dressing" that enhances the elegant drape of pulled-back curtains.
