Very Rare National Cash Register Credit Stamping Phone Item # F0688

Circa 1940

It's not likely that you'll see one of these for a good long while. Originally found in department stores, credit stamping phones were used to monitor internal lines of credit for regular customers. Our particular example features a few really nice touches, including milk glass indicator lights, a ruby-colored "Sales Slip" indicator, and a wonderful "foiled" black finish. Untested, as all the cords have been cut.

  • Historical Style: Industrial
  • Condition notes: Nice condition on the finish, but the mouthpiece has a large chip – see all photos for details.
