Banded Navajo Rug w/ Gray White & Red Cornstalk Pattern Item # F1730

Circa 1930s | 36" x 58"

Beautifully woven in tones of brown, white, red and tan, this early-century Navajo rug features a banded cornstalk pattern. The handspun character of the yarns is especially evident in the lovely variegation of the naturally dyed tan. Tightly woven with original dyes still intact, this would make a lovely wall hanging or area rug.

* 36" x 58"
* Historical Style: Traditional
* Condition Notes: Some fading of the red, a few signs of wear along the edges – all commensurate with age and use.
