Small Navajo Rug w/ Two Gray Hills Motif Item # F1731

Circa 1960 | 24" x 31"

Beautifully woven in tones of red, black, white, brown and gray, this mid-century Navajo rug features the Two Grey Hills pattern, which is usually tied to the Crystal Trading Post out of New Mexico. The handspun character of the yarns is especially evident in the lovely variegation of the naturally dyed gray and black. Tightly woven with original, natural dyes still intact, this would make a lovely wall hanging or a well-proportioned area rug.

* 24" x 31"
* Historical Style: Traditional
* Condition Notes: A few signs of wear along the edges – all commensurate with age and use.
