Once in a blue moon we come across a neon sign with the perfect combination of form and patina. This neon Taxi sign has it all: an arrow shape, with plenty of wear in the bright yellow finish. This holy grail of vintage signs proudly advertises TAXI, complete with newly restored neon lettering. It's easy to imagine this remarkable piece on a busy street in New York, LA or Chicago.

This sign is all original but for the tubes - worn finish and construction are all in place, but we've restored the neon to full glory so that it will glow for many more years to come, including adding a new transformer and a new 8' nylon cord. Two steel arm brackets protrude from the top of the metal can, so that this sign can hang from above.

Ships by Curb Side delivery. Upon placing your order you will be contacted by a customer service associate to discuss delivery time and details as they pertain to this one of a kind item. Delivery surcharges may apply.

  • Historical Style: Industrial
  • Condition Notes: Plenty of wear in the painted sign faces – we clear-coated the paint to prevent further decay.
