Navajo Rug w/ Red, White and Gray Crystal Pattern Item # F6786

Circa 1930s | 38" x 66"

Beautifully woven in naturally dyed tones of brown, white, gray and red, this early-century Navajo rug features the Crystal pattern, which is usually tied to the Crystal Trading Post out of New Mexico. This masterful weaving features distinctive diagonal 'terminal' lines, and the handspun character of the yarns is especially evident in the lovely variegation of the naturally dyed gray and black.

Tightly woven with original dyes still intact, this would make a lovely wall hanging or a petite area rug.

  • 38" x 66"
  • Historical Style: Traditional
  • Condition Notes: A few signs of wear along the edges – all commensurate with age and use.
