Whether you are trying to decide upon a purchase or need to return or exchange one already made, we are here to walk you through the process.

Prior to Placing Your Order

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Prior to placing your order, please make sure that your measurements are accurate and align with the product you wish to purchase. Please also review the installation instructions found on the product page and if you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at 888-401-1900.

Additionally, if you live near one of our retail locations, we encourage you to visit our very knowledgeable store team in person. They will be happy to assist you with any questions.

Our Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items for a refund of the merchandise value. To receive a full refund, an original receipt or gift receipt is required. All merchandise must be in its original packaging and original condition, with all installation hardware included. Please do note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

The nature of our business requires that specific items are not eligible for return. Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team if you have any questions regarding the following ineligible items:

  • Items without an original receipt or gift receipt
  • Gift cards
  • All custom or made-to-order items including lighting, furniture, door sets, shower sets, and plumbing
  • Final sale items (with prices ending in $.97 or $.99)
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Items shipped directly from vendor
  • Rejuvenation Vintage items

When your order arrives, please inspect it and let us know right away if anything is damaged, inaccurate, or missing. We are happy to provide a return shipping label for defective products or shipping errors.

Our Refund Policy

  • Original Receipt: A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Gift Receipt - Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are not refundable and
  • Price Adjustments: Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
  • Cash & Check Refunds: Cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check and mailed to you (may take 14 business days).
