Cypress and Imbrie Wall Sconces

This recall involves Rejuvenation Cypress and Imbrie model articulated wall sconces. The joint of the articulating arm can pinch or cut the electrical wire causing it to fray, posing a shock hazard.

The sconces were sold at Rejuvenation stores and online nationwide from September 2016 through March 2017 for between $250 and $400.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled sconces and contact Rejuvenation for instructions to receive a free repair or replacement sconce, including shipping and charges for inspecting, removing and replacing the lamps by using a licensed electrician. Rejuvenation is contacting consumers who purchased the recalled sconces directly.

The legs and back of these products can break, causing the person sitting on the chair or stool to fall. The chairs and stools were sold at Rejuvenation stores nationwide, Rejuvenation's catalog; and Rejuvenation.com from May 2015 through June 2015 for between $350 and $570.

Consumers should immediately stop using the chairs and bar stools and contact Rejuvenation to arrange for the product to be returned for a full refund.

Haleigh Wire Dome Pendant Hanging Lamps

The cord system can fail to support the weight of the pendant causing it to fall, posing the risk of injury.

The lamps were sold at Rejuvenation stores nationwide, Rejuvenation's catalog; and Rejuvenation.com from July 2014 through September 2014 for between $250 and $325.

Consumers should immediately clear the area under the lamps and contact Rejuvenation for instructions on the free repair of recalled lamps, including shipping and charges incurred in inspecting, removing and replacing the lamps by using a licensed electrician.
